Day 2 in HK... Where to start after our little bout of insomnia last night we fell back to sleep again and didn't wake up until 1 in the afternoon.... We thought we would have a little reccy to Times Square to see what's its all about its bloody busy !!!!!!! we had a wonder around the local shopping centre and stopped to sample some of Hong kongs finest cuisine !! funnily enough there McDonald's taste just the same as they do back home but its alot cheaper !!!!!!!
We then thought we would brave the local super market in search for some supplies for the room 30 mins later we are still looking for teabags and coffee eventually we found them after asking for assistance who would of thought of looking in the tea and coffee section that's ahas a big sign hanging from the ceiling apparently not lee and Lucy !!!!!
One stop by the hotel and 2 coffees later high on caffeine !!! we go searching for dinner we ended up in KFC ( well we are back packing you know ) even the waiting staff here have OCD they whipped away our tray half way through the meal as you all know kfc is finger food no FORKS Lucy just gave the woman one of her stares !!!!! we were lucky no food on the tray.
We then head over to check out the Happy Valley race course which is across the road from our hotel we are planning to go there on Wednesday evening for the night which hopefully we be lots of fun!!!
