Gday...
How you all going???? Soooooo the night in the YHA was freeezziinnggg!!!!!!! Why the hell they don't put heaters in those places we'll never know....
So we checked out yesterday at 10am and headed straight for our hotel the Rendezvous to see if they would check us in early!!!! The signs didn't look too promising when the receptionist said she didn't have our booking..... "Have we got the right place" we thought to ourselves.... Anyways she was really helpful and sorted it out for us and checked us into our room on the top floor....
OMG is all we can say.... The room is so posh it's even got a phone by the bog!!!! (not sure why anyone would want to use it though) and there are buttons you can push by the door to say whether you want the room to be made up or not instead of hanging something....
Sadly we did take some pics and we'll try and get them up 2morrow......
It's got a wicked swimming pool and gym as well..... NOT IN OUR ROOM OBVIOUSLY!!!!!
Other than that we just chilled.... it's just gone 1pm here and we've only just had breakfast!!!!!
Father Ted's is a great hangout for food and drinks so it's SWEET AS!!!!!!!!
Other than that we haven't got much else to say... looking forward to heading to Fiji... Just hope the weather holds!!!!!
Lots of Love

Hi Lee & Lucy, your hotel sounds fanatastic, all mod cons and luxury facilities, must be a nice change after your weekend in freezing accomodation. Will be nice for you both to chill out before heading off to Fiji, you must be looking forward to some sunshine. Its been lovely here today, very warm and sunny. Dad is watching Wimbledon, Andy Murray is doing good. Just spoke to nan and grandad in Somerset Lee, they send their love. Think they are both feeling their age now, aches and pains and so on. Am going to try and get down to see them soon, maybe with Tom. We havent heard from nan, think she is back tommorrow. Poor Chris is suffering with hayfever, has swollen eyes and everything today. My hand is on the mend, am pain free, thank god for diclofenac! Lots of love to you both, enjoy your last week in NZ, love, Mum, Dad, Tom and Chris xxxx
