Our trip to the Blue Moutains !!!!

Gday,
We went on a day trip yesterday to the Blue Moutains it was a really good day out its was hard work alot of walking and it wasnt easy walking steep steps to climb up and down today my legs are killing me but it was good fun !!! at the end of our day we went to the place that has cable cars and walks around the moutains and a train there are 1000 steps down the moutain and up or you can take the train down or the cable car well at first i (lucy) thought the train how bad can a train be as im not that comfortable with cable cars but then the catch came Jim the tour guide told us the train is in the Guiness Book of records for being the steepest train ever its 52 degrees vertical OMG is what lucy thought well anyway over lunch we had to make a decision which at the end was we would walk down 1000 steps to the bottom and get the trian back up lucy thought going up vertical is better than facing down and going down at 52 degrees vertical well all the way down walking down these steps legs killing it took about 40 mins to walk down we get to the train area at Jim (the tour) says now the train goes back up backwards because it cant turn around once it has come down !!!!! OMG lucy thinks great fantastic why not !!!!!!!!!!!!!! he says the best place to sit is the front so you can look down when travelling up so lucy decide oh no it isnt and we sit near the back!!! once you sit in there is not seat belt or anything to hold you in but there is a wire netting over the top so you cant fall out the top and its starts moveing quite quickly but not fast well all i can say in watch the videos below !!!!!
Its Lee's birthday on thursday and he has decided he is gonna walk across the Sydney Harbour Bridge and i dont mean walk across at the same level the cars drive across not i mean walk up the arche across the middle and down the other side of the arch have a look at a picture of the bridge and you may see what i mean its 139 meters high !!!!! mad !!!!! unfortnately he isnt allowed to take a camera with him but he gets a pic they take......
I found out today Julie Skipper has had her baby a little girl called Ruby Faith Watts !!! Congratulations julies love you all of you !!!!!!
bye for now
lots of love

  1. Glad your blogging again, it's been very quiet!

Shame about work, I really thought you guys would be able to get something.

Just over half way through the course at York. It is great, but I shall be glad to get home for a rest at the end of it. Because I'm so slow I end up staying after everyone else has gone and at the moment I'm doing 11 to 12 hour days :( Hopefully it'll all be worth it in the end.

Love to you both and happy birthday Lee.
